All QIC and many obsolete tape formats can be handled.

If the equipment is really obsolete we may request your hardware even if it is faulty. We will write device drivers and decoding routine to suit even the most obscure format.

Tape recoveries are handled on the same premises as the hard disk. We can structure recovery to include both hardware and the tape backup. We only charge for the one recovery.

Tape recoveries include overwritten backup sets, partially erased tapes and corrupt headers. We have a full internally developed software library for recovery purposes. This allows us to read most current backup sets. E.g. ArcServe, Seagate Backup Exec. , NT Backup, HP/Colorado backup etc. without requiring and without being limited by the original backup software. (Sorry we do not sell the software)
